1. What are Loop Sets?
Loops Sets include between one and seven interchangeable sound files (loops) as well as an “end” file to end the song if necessary. Loop files can be as short as 3 or 4 seconds, or as long as 20 or 22 seconds in length. Each loop is created to form a seamless musical composition when looped, or laid back to back with any of it's included counterparts.

2. How do I receive the music I have licensed?
Once you have completed your transaction, your license/receipt will be sent emailed to the address you provided during the checkout process. Your email will contain a link where you can download a zip file containing each of the loops included in the Loop Set you have licensed.

3. When I purchase music, what file format will I receive?
All files are delivered in broadcast quality, 16 bit, 44100kb, WAV files.

4. Is there a discount if I purchase multiple Loop Sets?
Yes, prices are as follows: One Loop Set: $39.99, 2 Loop Sets: $34.99 each, 3 or more: $29.99 each, 10 or more: $22.99 each.

5. Do you do custom loops or offer exclusivity?
We cannot offer exclusivity on the music currently available at mediamusicloops.com, however, we would be happy to quote you a price for a custom loop with exclusive rights.

6. Do you sell sound effects?
We do have a selection of free sound effects available from the Noisefuel Sound Effects collection. If you are interested in purchasing more, please visit www.noisefuel.com.

7. Do you sell full length songs?
Not, here at mediamusicloops.com, however, our sister company www.studiocutz.com has a very large selection of full length songs available on CD, or as downloads.

8. Is your shopping cart system secure?
Absolutely. Our shopping cart is protected by a strong 256 Bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection, which means you can rest assured your information is safe and protected

9. Do you keep my information private?
Absolutely. We never sell or rent our customer information to anyone. Your information is safe with us.

10. What rights does my purchase include?
After paying for music from our website, you are granted a lifetime license to synchronize those songs to audio, video, or multimedia productions including websites. This means that you can continue to use the music even on other projects you are creating. You are not licensed to give the songs to anyone else for their productions, or to resell the music for anyone else's use. All of our music is protected by U.S. copyright laws and is the full property of Mediatone Music, Inc. If you are unclear on your rights or have related questions, please feel free to email us for clarification.

11. Can I use the music in a mass produced or mass marketed production?
Our standard music license allows you to manufacture and distribute up to 10,000 units without any additional licensing fees. If you expect to produce more than that, a very affordable mass production license can be obtained by calling a customer service representative.

12. I have offices in more than one location. Can I use the music in multiple locations?
No. All music at mediamusicloops.com is available only as a single site license. You will need to purchase additional licenses for multiple sites.

13. Can I use these Loop Sets for television and radio usage?
Absolutely. Your license includes broadcast usage rights. If you are creating television programming, you are required to fill out cue sheets.

14. Can I share these files with others?
No. Your license is limited to your personal or business use. Music files cannot be shared.

15. Does the music I license belong to me?
No. The music remains the sole property of Mediatone Music, Inc. What you own is a lifetime synchronization license to synchronize the music with your productions.

16. What file Format does a Loop Set come in?
All of the files in your loop set are CD-quality WAV files (44.1 khz / 16 bit). WAV is a file format that is recognized in almost any sound editing or multimedia program currently made for Microsoft Windows or Mac OS X.

17. I am having download trouble. How do I reach you?
The best way to contact us is through our tech support form. This assures that we have all the information that we need to provide you with the best and most expedited service.

18. Why can't I hear your loops when I try to listen to the demos?
Ususally this is the result of having an outdated version of Adobe's Flash plug-in for your browser. You can update your copy at the following webpage: http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer If that does not work, please send us a ticket through the tech support form.

19. What programs are compatible with my Loop Set?
Because mediamusicloops.com uses industry standard WAV files, your Loop Set is compatible with almost any program that can handle audio and multimedia files.
